  Located in a small town and as a result they have a hard time finding and keeping staff. So as a result service can be poor at times resulting in long waits for counter service at times . Don't order the dark roast here I don't think they keep it fresh every 20 minutes lol.

  Recently I won potato wedges on Roll up the Rim from a Tim Horton's in Woodstock. I was heading to London a few days later and decided to stop in Thamesford Tim Horton's to redeem the wedges. We requested loaded potato wedges because I had won wedges before and received them in Woodstock a couple of times and thought nothing of it. The lady at the drive thru window was blatantly rude to my face and argued that they do not give loaded potato wedges for a winning wedges tab and then hung up before I even completed my order! I drove to the window and had to use my free tab for the regular potato wedges. I left the drive thru feeling dissatisfied and disgruntled. Confused that they would make such a big deal about loaded wedges, as I have received them before, I asked my son, who works at Tim Horton's in Woodstock and he says many customers request loaded potato wedges with the Roll up the Rim tabs. Not only did they refuse my request, they argued with me and hung up on me when I was in midsentence ordering something else! I have never done a negative review, but this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced! I handled the situation calmly and gave the employee more respect and patience than they had given me, but I know I am never going back there again.

  When I went through the drive thru, customer service skills were quite lacking. I was argued with about the order I requested, and was also hung up on before I even finished placing my order! I normally receive very helpful and friendly service in Woodstock, so I was quite shocked and dismayed that Tim Hortons in Thamesford would hire someone that behaved this unprofessionally. Gives Tim Hortons a bad name.

  Easy to get in & out of. Open 24 hours a day (closed on some holidays though). Ample parking (though sometimes gets full).
